Together with an external partner, Amalo is working towards achieving ISO9001:2015 certification, the international standard for quality management. With this, we want to further strengthen our daily quality promise via an evaluation by an independent external organisation.
As a customer, you are no doubt already familiar with our high level of quality service. However, some companies do require ISO9001 certification. As we are always keen to be proactive and continue improving our service, we decided to take action. Having begun this journey in early December, we hope to be able to add this certificate to our list of assets in 2023.
Standards and independent audits
ISO9001 is a standard governing management quality, entailing a series of important requirements. To be awarded this certification, companies must describe, analyse, measure and continuously improve their processes. Whether the certificate is actually awarded is left up to an independent body. It is valid for three years and renewable, subject to a new independent audit.
